Unleash your creativity and increase your range of self expression in this 10 week all encompassing journey into the “self” through physical acting. Build characters, explore archetypes, and play in the gamut of human behavior. Lucid Body is your ticket to the depth of human authenticity and expansion for the stage and screen!

Classes include a rigorous yoga-based warm-up, followed by physical acting exercises, and a group discussion.
