shedding light on our connected human experience through theater and film

I am a passionate storyteller, born and raised on a sheep farm in rural New Jersey. For the last 15 years I have enjoyed a career in acting, writing, producing, directing and teaching. As a teaching artist I work in both public and private education settings. My passion is teaching physical acting to all ages, in the spirit of personal growth and healing. As an actor, my credits include work on NBC, Lifetime, Turner Broadcasting and numerous independent films. In the theater I have enjoyed working on projects in NYC with Primary Stages, Ensemble Studio Theater, The Innwood Shakespeare Company, FringeNYC, and Snapped Productions. I am the founder of Owl-Light Theater Company and co-founder of Rag and Bone Theater Company. I produced several award-winning independent films including, most recently, Paradise City directed by John Marco Lopez. I won the Audience Award for Best Film at the Soho International Film Festival for my work on ‘79 Parts, directed by Ari Taub. My screenplays have been selected and won awards at both national and international film festivals.  I most recently wrote and directed a short film called, A Grave Disturbance, (Best Dark Drama screenplay at the Oregon Short Film Festival, 2021) which will hit the festival circuit in the spring of 2024. I have a BA in Theater Arts at Drew University and have attended acting conservatories at The British American Drama Academy (UK) and Michael Howard Studios (NYC). I am a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity Association.
