Lucid Body at The Whole Shebang in Philadelphia starts Mondays October 20th through November 10th at 6:00pm. Lucid Body Basics, Level 1 teaches the foundational language and tools of this work. Each class begins with a rigorous yoga based warm-up then dives into physical acting exercises that unlock lesser known parts of self and break old acting habits.
